1. Returns

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Downloadable software products
• Customized or special-order items
• Clearance or discounted items marked "final sale"

4. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent.
